- Step 1: 
		Download all the files in the subversion repository http://svn.gentoo-portage.com:8080/gentoo-portage/trunk/

- Step 2:
		Copy include/config.xml.sample to include/config.xml
		Copy include/rss.xml.sample to include/rss.xml
		
- Step 3:
		Alter include/config.xml and include/rss.xml to fit your setup 
		
- Step 4:
		Import an initial db
			run the import.php file in the scripts directory from the command line
			
- Step 5:
		Open the SampleVhost.txt file for an example apache vhost for this site's setup
